About Us
Four Oaks is situated in an ideal rural setting under mature pecan trees on Tom and Brandy Trawick Road in Iron City Georgia. Four Oaks was established in 1905 by the Trawick family. The venue is ran by a grandmother-granddaughter team who enjoy planning occasions and decorating. Over the years Atherlone Trawick and Erin Courts have dreamed of having a place of their own. In the early years they hosted parties at Atherlone’s house, and eventually upgraded to the family farmhouse. The old barn had 6 different spaces, with a dirt, hay covered floor. The barn held many weddings and events until 2018 when Hurricane Michael hit and tore the 100 year old barn down. In the midst of the destruction, Atherlone and Erin decided to rebuild the barn and make the family farmhouse a public venue.
"With a lot of patience, praying, and of course trial and error, we made our dream come true. We are continuously making Four Oaks a better place each week. We hope you enjoy Four Oaks as much as we do, we look forward to working with you!"
